Full-Time Project Manager

Flock Safety's Project Management Office (PMO) is a service and learning organization supporting customer delivery objectives. The PMO facilitates the planning and delivery of Flock's products, coordinating with customers to meet their needs. Project Managers coordinate with various teams for installations. They are the primary point of contact for customers during installations, providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a portfolio of 80-100+ customers and projects.
• Work with stakeholders to define project vision, scope, and timelines.
• Lead execution of complex initiatives, tracking progress and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met, and documentation supports revenue recognition.
• Optimize team processes and manage project reporting/KPI data.
• Allocate resources across projects and initiatives.
• Act as a strategic thought partner for cross-functional teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of operational and project management experience.
• Experience collaborating across business units and utilizing technical project management processes and tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in data manipulation and tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, Agile, Six Sigma or other project management certifications.
• Experience managing large customer project portfolios.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
