Glass Atlas is looking for a Project Manager to join their Commerce Technology division. They aim to be the leading digital commerce agency for world-class brands.
What You'll Be Doing
Project Managers are the client facing team members who organise projects from discovery phase, all the way through to launch, ensuring that both the team and clients are constantly up to date.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Client delivery
- Leading discovery sessions
- Day to day client communication
- Delivering excellent client experience
- Ensuring all project deadlines are met.
- Project planning
- Creating Discovery documentation
- Scheduling, ensuring all project team members are fully resourced
- Proactively planning each project Milestone.
- End to end delivery of the full project lifecycle
- Reporting
- Submitting end of project reports
- Monthly revenue report to the finance team
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, to scope and within budget.
- Develop and present monthly Steering Committee (SteerCo) decks
- Daily Tasks
- Creating and monitoring Jira tickets
- Sprint planning
- Scheduling
- Attending all sprint planning calls and project stand-ups
Who You Are
The ideal candidate:
- Has 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager within an agency.
- Has a good knowledge of Shopify and various other SAAS platforms.
- Can work as part of a team, and is friendly and approachable
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is ambitious and looking for a challenge
- Has a can do, proactive attitude.
- Is able to think outside the box in terms of solutions for clients.
- Is keen to learn and develop their skill set
- Has the ability to manage their own workload in line with upcoming deadlines
