Full-Time Project Manager

• Respond to incoming requests from MCAPS stakeholders.
• Assess the complexity of requests and set up discovery calls.
• Provide consultative guidance on the content development process, standards, and compliance.
• Direct stakeholders to proper resources.
• Participate in the coordination of project assignments.
• Aid stakeholders to use applicable resources to develop learner-centric content.
• Review existing presentations and online training for quality, accessibility, and compliance.
• Use authoring tools to build and package learning materials.
• Engage with Employee Skilling Publishing Operations on publishing requirements.
• Drive and track the progress of training requests, communicate status updates, and escalate issues.
• Contribute to internal process improvements.
• Maintain supportive professional interactions with stakeholders.
• Foster cross-functional team collaboration.
• Communicate project status through proper channels.
• Contribute to associated workstreams as requested.
• Develop shared resources including process mapping documents, checklists, templates, and PowerPoint decks.

• Exemplary project management abilities and competencies.
• Expertise guiding stakeholder through a consultative design process.
• Ability to manage multiple intake requests and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Familiar with compliance standards.
• Mindful and capable of working as a team player.
• Adaptability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Work experience in Learning and Development.
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS).
