As a Project Manager within Guardant Health, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing projects to ensure efficient production processes and on-time delivery of high-quality products. You will play a critical role in optimizing production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with production goals.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance, to align production schedules with overall business objectives.
- Implement advanced scheduling techniques to minimize downtime and resource conflicts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the manufacturing operations.
- Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, key metrics, and performance against objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering).
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Master Scheduler in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the healthcare or biotechnology industry.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and scheduling techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Experience in IVD preferred.
