Full-Time Project Manager

Project Manager plays a key role in delivery organization, leading high-performing teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft Technology stack. Serves as trusted advisor to clients, developing as a leader within a top-tier Microsoft partner.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manages large, complex projects impacting organizational success, focusing on scope, risk, quality, cost, change management, and schedule.
• Develops project communications, sets direction, goals, and priorities with stakeholders.
• Facilitates risk assessment/mitigation and proactive risk management.
• Leverages project management life cycle knowledge and best practices to foster process improvement.
• Manages project budgets ($1M - $2M+). Assists with Statements of Work, estimating, change orders, etc.
• Participates in Steering Committee activities.
• Provides leadership and communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provides first-line escalation and coaches team on project and professional matters.
• Leads teams through ambiguity, drives decision-making and balances priorities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years professional services project management experience.
• Effective communication with senior management and customers/vendors.
• Strong business knowledge and people management skills.
• Experience with project management principles, Agile, Scrum, CMM, etc.
• Strong judgment, interpersonal abilities, and assertive teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and think strategically.
• Results-oriented and problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• CSM certification a plus.
