Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, manage timelines, resources, and milestones while ensuring seamless IT system integration (e.g., ERP, banking tools).
Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication across teams, clients, and partners, ensuring expectations are met and progress is transparent.
Team Leadership and Change Management: Lead cross-functional teams, support employee training on new tools, and drive organizational change.
Reporting and Performance Management: Monitor project KPIs, manage budgets, and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to track progress and quality.
Process and Risk Optimization: Analyze business processes for efficiency, adopt best practices, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
Stakeholder and Requirements Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing project requirements to ensure clear communication of progress and risks.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed business studies (university/technical college) or equivalent with a focus on Project Management, IT or Finance
- Profund experience in operational and strategic Finance of internationally oriented companies
- Very good IT, ERP, PPT and Excel skills
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and German. Knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage
- High degree of independence, flexibility, initiative and reliability through results-oriented work and a hands-on mentality
