Role Overview: The Project Manager drives end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets while fostering strong client relationships. The role requires Agile expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in managing enterprise design and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality are met.
- Build trust with clients by fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, executive reviews, and cross-functional feedback.
- Communicate project updates, plans, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Champion agile methodologies and ensure discipline in Scrum rituals.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams.
- Enable iterative development.
- Act as a product owner, ensuring clear, actionable specs and alignment with business goals.
- Maintain design integrity and meet user needs.
- Drive decision-making to prioritize features and manage risks.
- Optimize resource allocation, monitor team productivity, and ensure project profitability.
- Maintain high-quality documentation (timelines, roadmaps, specs).
- Proactively identify and resolve risks and blockers.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in project management, managing enterprise product design and development projects (B2B or HealthTech preferred).
- Strong knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Basecamp, Wrike).
- Proven ability to work closely with design, engineering, and product teams.
- Familiarity with UX processes (prototyping, user research, usability testing).
- Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative team player with excellent presentation skills.
Bonus: UX-PM, PMP, or Agile certifications; experience with enterprise apps in healthcare/supply-chain/logistic domains; knowledge of WCAG compliance.
