Full-Time Project Manager

Language Bear is a 9-year-old content writing and translation company headquartered in Plovdiv, Bulgaria with a secondary office in the United States. Supported by over 1500 linguists, we offer 100+ languages and work with clients from 10 different industries. Our services help various digital businesses improve their SEO rankings, bring organic traffic to their website, and reach new markets in new languages.

We are looking to recruit a highly enthusiastic and responsible Project Manager. In this role, you will run, administer, and organize all project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Team Lead, aiming at the flawless execution of our clients' linguistic orders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage content writing and translation projects in various languages.
• Receive orders from clients and clarify details if needed.
• Plan order execution, setting up tasks and activities.
• Manage freelancer teams and distribute tasks.
• Ensure client needs are met throughout the project.
• Help prepare proposals, timeframes, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and handle issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks and work packages.
• Report daily to the Team Lead.
• Create and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Conduct monthly client meetings to address issues and plan future workloads.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of project management experience for a digital company.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work in a time-critical environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Google Workspace knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with project management software (Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday, etc.) is a plus.
