About the RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager to be an integral part of our growing Professional Services organization. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of the Litify platform (Salesforce). You will strategically guide the migration process, ensuring our clients are set up for success on Litify and that their projects go live smoothly and on time.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and own the client relationship throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Drive timelines and aim for on-time and on-budget delivery with successful completion of all in-scope project work.
- Identify project risks, develop risk response plans and monitor active issues
- Own / host kickoff meetings, recurring touch points during the project, etc. and provide weekly status updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with other team members from the Professional Services teams during the project, allocating resources and tracking project tasks.
- Travel to customers on-site as needed (e.g., UAT, Go-Live, etc)
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of project management or program experience
- Experience developing, managing and graphing timelines; ability to drive to goals and milestones
- Experience with managing customer and vendor budgets and forecasting project resources
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders
- Understanding of Salesforce technology; Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201 and/or have previous experience working on Salesforce implementation projects
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Willing to travel (~10%)
Nice to Have:
- Experience working for or with personal injury firms, full-service firms, insurance defense companies, corporate legal departments, in-house counsel, staff attorneys
- Experience with matter/case management, timekeeping, billing practices, financial/account solutions or ERP solutions
- Project Management Institute certification
Disclosure:The estimated pay range for this role is $90,000-95,000. You will also be offered a bonus and benefits.
