Full-Time Project Manager

Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional projects from product intake.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving projects to implementation
• Developing project plans for scope, time, and budget adherence
• Managing project teams and stakeholders towards project goals
• Driving and overseeing Agile practices
• Utilizing MasterBrand Way tools to coordinate multiple department deliverables (channel partners, technical drawings, change management, etc.)
• Executing project deliverables across product engineering, product development, supply chain, and operations
• Driving accountability for project execution and financial commitments
• Ensuring plant readiness for on-time launches/introductions
• Supporting peer groups and other functional areas (Sourcing, Operations)
• Implementing test plans for successful project implementation
• Maintaining effective project tracking, meeting minutes, action items, and updates
• Utilizing product analytics for necessary changes (Life Cycle Management)
• Travel: 25-35% domestic and international
• Demonstrating MasterBrand Way traits and trust in lean methodologies
• Analyzing data, drawing conclusions, making recommendations, and presenting findings
• Simplifying processes and controls, challenging business drivers and risks
• Embracing teamwork and diverse viewpoints
• Building teams and managing change
• Championing core issues, developing solutions, and driving results
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Driving successful execution of strategic plans

• Familiarity with Agile practices
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years relevant experience preferred
• Experience with project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
