Job Details
MindMed is seeking a Project Manager to administratively manage, plan, and scale projects within the Programs and Portfolio office and across the broader organization. The ideal candidate enjoys a rapidly growing environment with a strong focus on execution and navigating multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage activities within PPO and support interactions with other Departments.
- Lead the development of Project plans to support functional areas.
- Help with system implementation to ensure alignment of project decisions.
- Monitor the execution of the project plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical / Biotech industry.
- Working knowledge of formal project management methodologies, preferably experienced in using Planisware Enterprise.
- Engaging, empathetic, and dynamic personality.
- Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
Occasional travel is required.
