About the role:

Your role will be both strategic and hands-on. You will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality PM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Asana Import and Setup
• Build a production schedule
• Manage approvals
• Import the finalized schedules into Asana
• QA the campaign board
• Oversee Asset Production
• Manage and update tasks on the campaign board
• Coordinate between stakeholders
• Provide support to external users
• Track progress and keep team members on schedule
• Oversee Supporting Asset Production
• Manage and update tasks on the campaign board
• Coordinate between stakeholders
• Provide support to external users
• Track progress and ensure team members remain aligned
• Managing the backend process of uploading, scheduling, and reviewing published blog content
• Conduct thorough QA
• Create new UTMs
• Maintain CTA library
• Update the homepage experience
• Provide general content support

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of professional experience as a Web Project Manager/Digital Project Manager.
• Proven experience in team management and web project delivery.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, especially WordPress.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills

The work is remote. We are open to flexible hours, however we may need you to be online between 18:00 and 20:30 CET.
