The Program Management Office (PMO) is seeking a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of initiatives within our Tech-Driven and Cost-Out portfolio. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow into larger program management responsibilities.
You will manage individual workstreams or smaller projects that contribute to broader enterprise priorities focused on technology enablement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Plan, coordinate, and drive the delivery of assigned projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and operations to ensure alignment and timely progress.
- Issue/Risk Management: Identify and track risks, issues, and dependencies; support mitigation and resolution planning in partnership with the Program Manager.
- Reporting: Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to Program Managers and key stakeholders.
- Governance Support: Ensure projects adhere to PMO standards, processes, and tools.
- Agile Delivery: Support Agile teams and ceremonies where applicable; contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally within technology or operations-focused environments.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile).
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in project tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent.
Preferred Attributes
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification a plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise system implementations or cost optimization efforts.
- Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn from senior program managers.
