Full-Time Project Manager

About this Role: We seek exceptional communicators with data experience (data operations, data science, AI research) to lead key AI projects. This is a long-term, fully-remote position.

As a Pareto Project Manager, you will:

• Oversee and coordinate project execution.
• Collaborate with Pareto clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Improve product offerings and processes.
• Identify and understand customer goals & needs.
• Set up, oversee, and coordinate project execution for successful completion.
• Communicate transparently with stakeholders about progress, challenges, and roadblocks.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and account growth.
• Meet project manager evaluation criteria.
• Engage in community activities and required meetings.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong English communication skills
• Customer-facing communication skills
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Excel/spreadsheet and data analysis skills
• Computer science or technical background (preferred)
• Availability: Pacific Time 8 AM - 5 PM
• Minimum internet speed: 5 Mbps
• Minimum computer requirements: i5/Ryzen 3 processor (Windows), i3 (Mac), 8GB RAM, 256GB storage
• Strong understanding and creative use of AI and software tools
• Desire for continuous learning and improvement
• Can-do attitude
