The primary purpose of the role is to ensure projects are delivered to contract and meets our customer value realisation outcomes. The employee will proactively manage the Proactis Professional Services resource to successfully plan and deliver of project by overseeing all aspects of the project including planning, assigning resources, forecasting projects to completion, coordinating with other departments, partners and third parties to ensure project delivery and deadlines are met whilst providing the appropriate levels of governance and reporting.
Using the knowledge gained by project managing spend management solutions, the project manager will incrementally add value with their internal (Proactis) and external (Buyer/Supplier) interactions.

- Prince 2 Professional
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Project Manager implementing spend management solution or something similar
- Customer communication and influencing at a senior level
- Proven experience of delivering complex projects
- Project planning, resourcing, scheduling (proficient in Microsoft project, Teams and MS products)
- Experience of implementing Business Spend Management solutions or equivalent
