pureIntegration is seeking a Project Manager (VIA – Virtual Infrastructure Audit) to create and manage mapping and auditing of physical plant assets remotely, using GIS and other mapping software. This individual should bring a strong understanding of MSO operations or experience OSP Construction.
This position is fully remote within the U.S. and will be a W-2 hourly engagement for 4 months, with a strong likelihood of extension into the following year.
The hourly rate is $50 - $60. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, training, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying stakeholders and scheduling & conducting interviews to creating documents that are manageable.
- Obtain access to Outside Plant data.
- Manage multiple data sources to reconcile data into accurate inventory audits.
- Create and publish weekly report of burn-down of the data collection efforts.
- Complete weekly audits and report out of data correction work to ensure adherence to quality and quantity metrics.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to assist with corrective actions based on collected data.
- Data correction quality and quantity metrics will be determined and adjusted between the consultant and the client on a weekly basis.
- 3-5 years as a project manager in a technical group.
- Experience with GIS Mapping Software is a must.
- Familiarity with Linux, the command line, and Bash.
- 3-5 years creating and presenting documentation to senior-level executives
- 3-5 years OSP Construction is a must.
- 5 years or more experience working with Cable TV technology.
- Experience working independently and delivering completed projects that exceed expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or relevant work experience.
