Job Details
As a Project Manager, you'll be the key liaison between clients and our Creative/Production team. Manage projects including scheduling, estimating, obtaining job details, tracking and invoicing. Be proactive, quick-thinking, a problem-solver, and ultra-organized to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
Project Manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of Creative Services projects - assessing marketing needs, determining goals and coordinating projects. This includes resolving and escalating issues and barriers.
Act as primary liaison between clients and production teams.
Apply broad knowledge of catalog/retail, in-store signage, and print production workflows.
Establish and promote excellent customer relations through effective and proactive communications to update clients on project status.
Lead day-to-day project management, entering specifications, ensuring job priority, and meeting client expectations.
Demonstrate understanding in all areas of Creative Services: project management, design, print production, and prepress.
Attend and lead client meetings, production and project status calls, bringing in appropriate resources as needed.
Maintain contact with clients and production to set project milestones, create estimates, track schedules, advise on progress, scheduling concerns, and requests for additional information or materials.
Perform invoicing, forecasting on a pre-set deadline, and monitor client budgets for accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain the master schedule, conduct status checks, and make changes to plans when necessary.
Track and report on quality metrics, strategize with clients and deliver services that attract and retain customer loyalty.
Train other employees as needed.
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 5+ years' experience. Background in creative and/or print industry preferred.
- Strong Mac computer skills; ability to learn new programs and project management software.
- Proactive, collaborative, driven, and seek excellence.
- Experience utilizing continuous improvement tools to create and track metrics.
- Complete understanding of the “Big Picture” for problem-solving, analyzing solutions, and sound business decisions.
- Ability to interpret and understand clients' expectations.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proven track record of strong client relationships and effective solution delivery.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills and ability to listen for understanding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

- Anticipate client needs to increase volume and profitability.
- Knowledge of administrative software (Microsoft Office, Access), design software (Adobe Creative Suite).

Salary Range: $65,100 to $101,500 per year.
