Full-Time Project Manager

Pre-sales Activities: Participate in pre-sales activities, including preparing project proposals and estimates.

Project Management: Plan, manage, and monitor project execution. Deliver projects on time. Establish and enforce quality standards and processes for deliverables. Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Contribute to project lifecycle improvement through lessons learned.

Communication & Documentation: Establish and maintain good communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Maintain project documentation (meeting minutes, change requests, project plans). Prepare project status reports. Conduct project post-mortems.

People Management: Act as a people manager, participating in planning required hires, ensuring professional development. Drive continuous improvements in the Competence Center. Contribute to process and company development via PMO/PM training input.

Hiring Process: Perform company interviews and contribute to the hiring process.

Experience Requirements: At least 2.5 years of practical experience as a Project Manager in IT. Theoretical background in project management. Hands-on experience in project delivery, pre-sales, business development, and engagement management. Upper-Intermediate English level.

Additional Skills: Experience in a Business Analyst or Product owner role. Experience in creating reports with tools like PowerBI/Tableau. Experience managing software development teams of over 10 FTEs. Skills in mentoring and people management.
