Full-Time Project Manager

About the Job:Project Manager for the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities:

• Launch new sub-projects (kick-off with client & team, communication plan, etc.)
• Transfer project information from sales to Heads of Offices
• Facilitate team member determination with Heads of Offices
• Create job descriptions for new positions
• Decision-making on hiring
• Achieve project KPIs
• Train project team on technical and soft skills
• Solve project problems (team & customer)
• Customer up-selling
• Build client relationships
• Generate backlog of ideas for future releases

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools and wiki systems
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction
• Data visualization skills (mockups, wireframes, use case diagrams, prototypes)
• Experience with pre-sales process
• Project scope decomposition and estimation

Nice to Have:

• Experience with fixed pricing
• Experience in building roadmaps, charts, and reports for project management
