Full-Time Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Span. This role involves supporting the project team in coordinating and managing daily project activities and consulting services.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring project goals align with business needs throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution delivery.
• Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to define and analyze business requirements.
• Supporting communication with clients and key stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress, schedule, and budget.
• Communicating and coordinating with customers and the delivery team.
• Maintaining project schedule, budget, and documentation.
• Tracking project progress and managing administrative tasks.
• Managing and monitoring projects from initiation to completion.
• Collecting and defining user requirements (functional specifications or product backlog).
• Maintaining product backlog, open tasks (DevOps), and tracking progress.
• Assisting with bid delivery, reports, and other documents to ensure timely and budget-compliant deliverables.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• Strong business English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in business analysis and project management within software development or IT.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive and responsible work approach.

Skills that are advantageous:

• Experience managing Dynamics 365/Power Platform and/or software development projects.
• PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications.
• Understanding of business processes (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity.
