Role: Streamline efficiencies across Surefire services, ensure seamless collaboration, and drive complex cybersecurity projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to prioritize and deliver project roadmaps.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to align project strategies.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on execution and improvement efforts.
- Manage cyber incident response projects from initiation to completion (on-time, within scope, within budget).
- Facilitate project plans, including incident response strategies, stakeholder communication, and resource allocation.
- Monitor engagement plans, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, legal, HR) and external clients/vendors for incident response.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies.
- Assist with post-incident reviews and implement corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with cyber threats and best practices.
- Contribute to incident response teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure compliance with incident response frameworks.
- Create and manage project artifacts (SOW, budget updates).
- Lead and manage stakeholders across business units.
- Contribute to establishing incident response practices, templates, and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Understanding of incident response methodologies (NIST SP 800-61, ISO 27035).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with incident response tools (SIEM, EDR, threat intelligence).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Eagerness to learn and share knowledge.
