Job Details
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including fixed-price and time-and-materials models. Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones. Coordinate resources and effectively manage project risks.
Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular project updates. Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into deliverable solutions. Assist with requirements documentation in collaboration with Product Owner.
Conduct project post-mortems to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust.
Act as a mentor and guide to team members. Set goals and roadmaps for specialists, ensuring alignment with organizational roadmap. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
3+ years of experience in IT project management. Proven track record of managing fixed-price projects and delivering them successfully. Hands-on experience in pre-sales activities. Hands-on experience managing diverse teams in remote and hybrid setups.
Good experience of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello). Great communication and stakeholder management skills. Good feeling of product success and experience to suggest and argue the most appropriate solutions to the Customer.
Expertise in conflict resolution and decision-making under tight deadlines. Knowledge of budget tracking for fixed-price contracts. Experience with technical environments and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Ability to balance client needs and internal team dynamics.
Upper-Intermediate level of English is a plus. Experience of working in product companies.
