Full-Time Project Manager, Calls Program & Agency Ops

What you'll do:

• Manage multiple cross-functional projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, gather requirements, and coordinate multiple projects at the same time
• Monitor and report on the progress of multiple projects
• Assist with various program-level tasks to ensure smooth project execution
• Organize and facilitate meetings and working group sessions
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, project trackers, and organize all documentation related to the project

Who you are:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work on many tasks in parallel
• 2+ years of Project Management experience, or demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects
• Ability to confidently engage with senior leaders, as well as both technical and non-technical team members
• Previous insurance or lead generation experience (ideal)
• Able to effectively manage multiple cross-functional projects from start to finish
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Proficient in G-Suite Products
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Team player with the ability and desire to collaborate effectively
