Full-Time Project Manager - Capital & Continuous Improvement

We are seeking a Project Manager - Capital & Continuous Improvement to lead the Operational Excellence (OE) processes across all manufacturing locations. This role will work closely with operations, plant personnel, and continuous improvement teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing operational excellence processes.
• Developing performance metrics and reporting.
• Rolling out CI training programs (5S, make ready reduction, Kaizen, value stream mapping).
• Managing capital projects (identification, estimating, implementation of equipment).
• Developing and delivering CI training programs and materials.
• Developing baselines for comparisons and working with IT to capture/measure data.
• Providing ongoing feedback, overseeing results, and conducting review meetings.
• Establishing action plans and following up.
• Communicating OE/CI and capital initiatives.
• Evaluating and motivating teams.
• Collaborating to ensure effectiveness across functional areas.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Manufacturing management experience preferred.
• CI tool experience and training capabilities.
• Capital and general project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Minitab experience preferred.
