Job Details

Responsible for driving operational efficiency and supporting the Client Success organization. The Client Success Project Manager works closely with Client Success Directors to streamline workflows, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and optimize systems. This role aligns operational priorities with client success goals, supporting retention, expansion, and recurring revenue growth. You will enable the team to deliver a seamless client experience, track key metrics, and improve internal execution at scale.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead project execution for the Client Success team.
  • Develop and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Partner with Client Success Directors to improve onboarding processes.
  • Implement tools, automations, and reporting frameworks.
  • Develop and manage dashboards to analyze client success data.
  • Monitor project milestones and risks.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions.
  • Serve as a key connector between cross-functional teams.
  • Support special projects and operational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, legal, support, and operations teams.
  • Drive retention and growth by implementing proactive strategies.

Tools Utilized:
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Microsoft Office 365 (OneNote, SharePoint, and Teams)
  • Zoom or other web-based conferencing platforms
  • Adobe Acrobat DC

Preferred familiarity with:
  • Adobe Creative Cloud products such as InDesign
  • CRM functionality
  • Learning Management Systems

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; PMP or similar certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or process optimization roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading operational initiatives.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and CRM platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly organized.
