Full-Time Project Manager Design & Construction

The Project Manager, Design & Construction will ensure proper design execution of McDonald's USA restaurants by providing guidance to the field and local consultants regarding exterior branding, interior décor design, and site planning.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with Real Estate and Construction teams on plan production.
2. Fill out the USRD Project Request Form (PRF) and provide final Brand review.
3. Gather plans (Floor Plan, Building Elevations, Site Plan) for third-party approvals.
4. Assist Transaction Managers and coordinators in obtaining approvals.
5. Coordinate with A/E firms to supply Construction Documents to the project's Permit Expeditor.
6. Enter critical dates into Smartsheets.
7. Subject Matter Expert (SME) on USRD Standards and Processes.
8. Guide and train A/E partners.
9. Ensure compliance with USRD Standards.
10. Complete and final review of A/E Construction Documents.
11. Ensure Brand Consistency, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC).
12. Plan coordination (A/E Plans, Utility location, Sign locations, Geotechnical recommendations).

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in related field.
• Previous design experience required.
• Previous architectural or engineering experience in commercial real estate is preferred.
