Full-Time Project Manager Engineering & Construction

Brightspeed is seeking a Project Manager, Engineering & Construction to join our Centralized Engineering & Construction Support team.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyze, define, and own current and future state processes for Centralized Engineering and Construction.
• Collaborate with network and business leaders to design and implement future state processes aligned with program and end-to-end process engineering goals.
• Analyze, capture, and interpret GIS and IQGeo data.
• Ensure process adherence to network standards by proper naming, documentation, and use of approved artifacts.
• Accountable for analyzing, defining, documenting, and owning current and future state processes and related roadmaps.
• Analyze and resolve basic to moderately complex functional and cross-functional dependencies.
• Implement control plans to monitor solutions for sustained improvement and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and develop solutions.
• Communicate training materials (e.g., training documents, flash documents, M&Ps, job aids) to various stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Telecommunication experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience creating documents and supporting large organizations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and listening skills
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft, Adobe, and related systems
• Ability to build relationships with multiple departments through training, development, and accountability

• Knowledge of SAP, Fireworks, LeaseNet, BidMaster, JDS, WFMT, NDS, CLM, APO, and IQGeo
