Full-Time Project Manager, Engineering & Construction

Brightspeed is seeking a Business Operations Support Analyst to join their Centralized Engineering & Construction Support team, reporting to a Senior Manager.

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities include:

1. Analyze, define, and own Centralized Engineering and Construction current and future state processes.
2. Collaborate with leadership to design and implement future state processes for program and end-to-end process engineering objectives.
3. Analyze, capture, and interpret Geographic Information System (GIS) and related IQGeo data.
4. Conform with network standards by ensuring proper naming, documentation, and use of approved artifacts for consistent process approach.
5. Analyze, document, and own current and future state processes and related roadmaps.
6. Analyze and solve basic to moderately complex functional and cross-functional dependencies.
7. Implement control plans to ensure business solution monitoring for sustained improvement and compliance.
8. Proactively identify opportunities for automation, including identifying opportunities and solutions.
9. Communicate training-based communications, flash documents, M&Ps, and job aids to stakeholders and their teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of Telecommunication experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Telecommunication experience
• Creating documents and supporting large organizations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Relationship-building and strong listening skills
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft, Adobe, and related systems
• Building cohesive relationships with multiple departments through training, development, and accountability

Bonus Points:

• Master's degree and/or related work experience
• Knowledgeable of SAP, Fireworks, LeaseNet, BidMaster, JDS, WFMT, NDS, CLM, APO, and IQGeo
