Full-Time Project Manager, Engineering & Construction

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with development and monitoring of an engineering and construction build plan
• Partnering with local engineers and coordinate the review of mechanized engineering designs
• Coordinating design changes in network planning systems
• Providing process support to the network team and infrastructure services contractors
• Driving cross functional process changes to optimize fiber build efficiency
• Driving the company culture and strategies
• Creating strategies to achieve business goals
• Leading by example in creating an environment that encourages open communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience
• Prior industry experience in facility engineering and network deployments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Process improvement and customer-centric mindset
• Ability to motivate others and work under pressure
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Bonus Points:

• Master’s degree in engineering or Telecommunications
• Telecom/Cable/Internet Service Provider industry experience
