Full-Time Project Manager Expert - Remote

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Project Manager Expert to oversee multiple global security projects. You will possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity and technology projects.

Responsibilities include developing plans for IT/security projects, completing project management processes (scope definition, scheduling, resource planning, risk management, cost management, quality assurance), and acting as a liaison among clients, technical teams, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for security-focused projects.
2. Coordinate with teams, external partners, and colleagues to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Serve as the primary contact for all security-related aspects of assigned projects.
4. Facilitate meetings to report progress, address issues, and maintain partner agreements.
5. Define project scope, deliverables, and quality standards, managing any changes or approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure on-budget delivery.
7. Report project status, performance metrics, and documentation to leadership and for compliance.
8. Oversee security assessments to ensure completion and approval prior to project launch.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years' experience in Cyber/Information security project management.
• Knowledge of project management methodology and tools (e.g., software).
• Knowledge of Cyber Security, Information Technology, Risk, and compliance.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Visio, and Jira.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with information security/Technology/Infrastructure projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification are preferred.
