Full-Time Project Manager, Fiber Engineering & Construction

• Leading project management for Engineering and Construction.
• Overseeing development and monitoring of build plans.
• Tracking milestone activities for complex projects.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.
• Managing network build roadblocks related to permitting and contractual interpretation.
• Maintaining contractual obligations with vendor partners.
• Coordinating work schedules for on-time delivery.
• Driving actionable data analysis.
• Analyzing and owning Centralized Engineering and Construction processes.
• Collaborating with leadership to implement future state processes.
• Analyzing Geographic Information System (GIS) data.
• Communicating training-based communications.

• 5+ years Telecommunication experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Project Manager Certification
• Experience with Telcom Network Design systems (IQGeo, GIS, SmallWorld)
• Usability & understanding of data visualization tools (PowerBI, Power Apps)
• Vendor & Contract Administration
• Usability & understanding of Financial systems (Ariba, SAP, Accounts Payable)
• Ability to create complex Methods & Procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft and Adobe systems
• Ability to analyze data to drive strategic business decisions
• Ability to build cohesive relationships with multiple departments

• Master's degree
• Knowledge of SAP, Fireworks, BidMaster, and related systems
• Experience with Regulatory subsidy compliance
