We are looking for a Project Manager for HRIS project to lead the comprehensive implementation of our new HRIS (Success Factors) system across the group.
Join us and spearhead this critical project, aimed at streamlining our HR processes throughout the organization.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the project plan for the group's HRIS (SuccessFactors) implementation, including timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities with various teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors.
- Engage with key stakeholders across countries to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Participate in and contribute to workshops related to multi-country HR process setup.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Conduct regular project meetings and generate reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Track project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition to the new HRIS.
- Train and support end-users in adopting the new processes and technology.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and must have led at least one end-to-end multi-country implementation project
- Strong experience with HRIS systems like SuccessFactors (preferred), but candidates with experience in Workday or Oracle HCM Cloud will also be considered
- Knowledge of project management tools, eg. MS Project or Jira
- Training delivery on technical and system related topics
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
