As a Project Manager on our Industrial Facilities Engineering and Design team, you will oversee project deliverables and completion for complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Your involvement in the full project life cycle is crucial for timely completion according to established scope, schedule, and budget.

Your role ensures successful project delivery, providing purposeful and high-quality solutions to engineering and design needs.

  1. Assemble project teams, assigning roles based on technical skills and expertise to align with project objectives.
  2. Manage complex contract negotiations.
  3. Act as primary liaison, communicating project scope, schedule, and budget with the team, client, and contractors.
  4. Develop project budgets, review costs, and track adherence to the planned budget.
  5. Manage change requests, execute risk management techniques, and implement strategies to minimize negative financial impact.
  6. Organize and conduct routine project meetings, ensuring alignment on expectations and performance.
  7. Coordinate detailed reviews of technical work to ensure high-quality work.
  8. Document all project deliverables, maintaining comprehensive records (correspondence, design plans, etc.).
  9. Mentor staff on project management best practices.
  10. Ensure all safety procedures are followed.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, construction, planning, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of project experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Proven track record of exceeding client expectations.
  • Excellent client service, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Solid interpersonal and decision-making skills, generating innovative solutions.
  • High-level organization, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Interest in various engineering disciplines, particularly within the industrial sector.
