As a Project Manager - IoT Building Systems Installation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful deployment and functionality of our operational intelligence platform for facilities. Your expertise in project coordination, troubleshooting, and commissioning of building equipment will drive seamless integration and operation of our electrical, gas, and water meters and other devices.
Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Create plans, supervise site surveys, validate data, and manage project budgets.
- Installation Management: Remotely manage the installation of digital meters and related equipment.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with project engineers, hardware engineers, and other teams.
- Equipment Commissioning & Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve installation issues remotely.
- Progress Reporting: Regularly communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Analyze workflows, propose solutions, and implement improvements.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customer contacts.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- PMP, CPMC, or CCM certification.
- 4+ years of project management experience in construction or IoT equipment installation.
- Experience with utility metering systems.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Data-driven mindset.
