Full-Time Project Manager IV

• Lead project delivery from proposal to handover.
• Primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Develop project guidelines and objectives.
• Manage project needs, schedule, fees, deliverables, and contracts.
• Deliver successful projects and monitor progress.
• Manage changes to minimize risk.
• Measure project performance and provide updates.
• Perform risk management.
• Manage project documentation.
• Understand contractual terms and business acumen.
• Coordinate internal and external teams.
• Ensure projects are on-time, within scope and budget.
• Communicate effectively.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead project pursuits and business development.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field + 6 years of experience.

• Architecture Licensure or Professional Engineer.
• 10+ years of professional experience managing A/E work.
• Experience managing A/E Vertical Design Projects for a National Government entity.
• Superior communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• PMP Certification or strong understanding of project management best practices.
• Experience coordinating with architectural, civil, landscape, and MEPS disciplines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Products, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Project, Power BI, etc.
• Willingness to travel (less than 10%).
