Full-Time Project Manager Learning & Performance

The Project Manager leads company projects from initiation to completion, working closely with leadership and team members to ensure deadlines and requirements are met.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating project workflow.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Submitting project deliverables.
• Preparing status reports.
• Establishing and executing project communication plans.
• Participating in medical-legal-regulatory review meetings (as needed).
• Developing, monitoring, and implementing project timelines.
• Communicating project status to clients and internal teams.
• Tracking and reporting project metrics.
• Resolving/escalating project risks.
• Managing client satisfaction and participating in post-project evaluations.
• Coordinating user manuals, training materials, and documents for successful implementation.
• All other duties as assigned.

Expectations:

• Minimal overnight travel; onsite or remote work possible.
• 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to support project teams of various sizes.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience in detailed, multi-component programs.
• High personal standards (quality and attention to detail).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to complete projects on time.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, 8+ years of project management experience, project management certification, proficiency in Microsoft Project, Adobe Suite.
