Full-Time Project Manager - Owners Platforms

Job Summary: Project Manager, Owners Platforms.

Within the Owners Platforms product team, you will be responsible for ensuring the adoption and optimizing usage of Owners Platforms throughout the Accor ecosystem.

Mission:

• Communicate with platform champions and ensure strong adoption across diverse users (Dev, D&TS, Ops, etc.).
• Report on platform performance and actively transform the organization's mindset regarding Owners Platform capabilities.
• Handle the full hotel lifecycle and owner relationship.
• Support shifting to a best-in-class E2E Service Provider & Franchiser.
• Ensure a consistent and common process across the group.
• Animate Champions community with monthly calls, product updates, and team channel posts.
• Conduct training using a "train the trainer" approach and empower end-users.
• Recommend and execute initiatives to increase platform adoption and identify KPIs for team OKRs.
• Leverage analytics/dashboards to promote continuous improvement.
• Support launch and communication for significant platform changes.
• Create executive communications on project advancement, monitor progress, and propose improvements to increase platform adoption.
• Maintain and animate the team's knowledge base.
• Codesign seamless onboarding experience and enhance in-product FAQs.
• Optimize support processes, including user/admin training and a robust resource base for self-service support.
• Build trusted relationships with product, operations, and strategic partners.
