Full-Time Project Manager - Payments

As a Payments Project Manager, you are responsible for the accelerated execution of Payments product conversions and launches. You will manage complex electronic payments conversion projects and deliver error-free payments configurations to customers.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Manage credit card and ACH implementation projects for software customers.
2. Provide clear and concise project communication (written and verbal).
3. Ensure project methodologies and delivery processes are followed:
   • Proper system setup and configuration
   • Adherence to card brand regulations
   • Meeting processor requirements
   • Satisfying custom development requirements
   • System integration aligned to customer objectives
4. Identify potential processing risks and proactively communicate internally and externally.
5. Manage escalated issues to enhance merchant experiences.
6. Overperform through KPI analysis and process improvement.
7. Build and promote a positive, collaborative Payments team culture.
8. Contribute to team documentation, SOPs, and best practice development.
9. Maintain a thorough understanding of processor/vendor products, platforms, and systems.
10. Serve as a Daxko Payments products and services expert.
11. Follow organizational compliance policies and standard operating procedures.
12. Consistently exceed team KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years Customer Service experience
• 1+ year experience with credit card/ACH processing or fintech
• Demonstrated project management expertise
• Ability to manage complex financial projects
• Exceptional customer service skills (patience, empathy, customer escalation management)
• Consistent strong performance versus KPIs
• Demonstrated expertise in Daxko's payments products and services
• Strong collaborative relationships with business partners
• Excellent communication (conveying complex ideas)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
