Join our dynamic team at Redzone as a Readiness Coach and Project Manager, helping to lead the way in delivering exceptional project implementation experiences for our clients! Under the guidance of our Platform Leadership Team, you will assist in managing the end-to-end implementation of Redzone’s solutions, working closely with customers to gather requirements, oversee configurations, and ensure a seamless transition to onsite coaching and support.
Your expertise will be vital in delivering projects on time, addressing risks proactively, validating system readiness and driving customer satisfaction. This is a Full-Time, Exempt, Remote, US-based role with up to 80% travel required.
Responsibilities
- Customer Journey & Implementation: Lead the customer journey from project initiation to onsite coaching, typically spanning 6-12 weeks. Participate in onsite success planning and readiness sessions, ensuring priority activities are completed. Validate systems and signals before coaching begins.
- Technical Configuration & Deployment: Configure Redzone software to align with client manufacturing processes, integrating data such as product and equipment details. Oversee infrastructure installation for the Visual Factory and ensure automation signals (e.g., photo eyes, machine cycles) deliver real-time data. Manage contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective hardware and automation setup.
- Project Oversight: Manage multiple concurrent deployments, from sales handover to onsite coaching delivery. Conduct weekly status calls with project teams to maintain momentum and address milestones. Manage On-Site Readiness Validation across various deployments, culminating in a “Green Go Live” event.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and satisfaction. Highlight and address risks with clients, Coaching Directors, and leadership teams. Document and refine project templates, training materials, and communication tools.
- Ongoing Support: Assist onsite Continuous Improvement Coaches and clients with configuration updates and automation requests.
Skills & Experience
- Solid understanding of shop floor operations in Food & Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods industries.
- Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex projects.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proven success managing or supporting software/system deployment projects of varying complexity.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Windows, and Apple operating systems.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines.
- Tech-savvy, with a strong grasp of networking, wireless systems, and software requirements.
- PLC and automation experience is a plus but not required.
Education & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Supply Chain Management).
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on direct client coaching and project management.
