Full-Time Project Manager - Remote

Project Manager will collaborate with and support US project management team and CEO.

Applicants must work remotely, adhering to Pacific US time (10PM-7AM Philippine time).

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with US project management team and CEO.
• Manage operational and tactical aspects of implementation projects.
• Contribute to Project Plans; define timelines.
• Communicate plans, progress, and updates to employees and stakeholders.
• Document meeting activities and decisions.
• Prepare presentation materials for customer meetings.
• Undertake project tasks.
• Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and documentation in ERP.
• Assess project risks and issues, provide solutions.
• Manage stakeholder views.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, assign tasks and accountability.
• New project engagement, kickoff, and gather resources for Program Manager.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years experience in telecom construction projects.
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Competency in Microsoft applications (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of file management, transcription, and administrative procedures.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines and multiple projects.
• Willingness to work Pacific US time (PST).
