Job Summary: This role supports the efficient execution of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and quality are met under senior leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee successful right-of-way (ROW) projects, including property acquisition, land conveyance, easement negotiations, permitting, and reporting.
• Ensure timely and compliant delivery aligned with project milestones and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and refine strategies, policies, procedures, systems, and tools to enhance ROW project execution.
• Drive operational efficiency and alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
• Serve as a liaison between internal departments, consultants, property owners, legal entities, and governmental agencies.
• Facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Provide support to the ROW Project Manager through data analysis, document preparation, progress reporting, and special assignments.
• Assist in preparing executive summaries, presentations, and status updates for senior leadership.
• Ensure all ROW transactions and activities are documented, tracked, and compliant with laws.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to audit readiness.

Minimum Requirements: BA/BS + 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management experience focusing on real property for complex projects.
• Experience with ROW acquisition, land conveyances, and reporting for large projects.
• Knowledge of real property in a design-build environment.

Additional Information:

• Travel may be required.
