Full-Time Project Manager Senior

MedTrainer is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager with a strong background in SaaS software development to lead our project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex software development projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, designers, DevOps, leaders) to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Track project progress, monitor key metrics, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project scope changes and ensure appropriate change control processes are followed.
• Facilitate project meetings.
• Ensure adherence to agile/scrum methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with other project managers and resolve dependencies between projects.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Collaborate with the product manager to manage the roadmap.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, support, and sales departments to launch new products.
