Full-Time Project Manager - Structural - Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate project schedules with drafting/engineering and production.
• Prepare, review, and approve purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Maintain communication records with customers.
• Reply to requests for information.
• Research and prepare change orders.
• Coordinate with Detailing for drawings.
• Resolve claims and document issues.
• Track invoices, PO’s, back charges, and change orders.
• Resolve potential back charges with customers.
• Attend job site meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in the steel fabrication industry.
• Knowledge of AISC, AWS, ASTM, and OSHA requirements.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and negotiating skills.
• Ability to interpret instructions and write reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Google Suite.
