Job Details
Job Description: Responsible for leading the work team in project development. Ensures client and organizational needs are met through effective communication, implementing best practices, and adhering to established project processes.
- Collaborate with management on contract and legal document creation.
- Support management in forming project teams.
- Prepare initial project budgets.
- Assist management with performance evaluations.
- Collaborate on creating and monitoring team improvement plans.
- Understand project needs and requirements with stakeholders.
- Coordinate accurate project estimates.
- Develop comprehensive project plans (quality control, cost, scope, communication, risk, schedule).
- Assess and document risk impact, coordinating risk mitigation.
- Document project work (stories, tasks, etc.).
- Manage project resources (tools, facilities, materials, equipment).
- Lead team members on relevant project process issues.
- Manage project communication (internal, external, stakeholder).
- Follow up, review, and report on project progress against objectives.
- Evaluate risks periodically and monitor mitigation actions.
- Coordinate project support and maintenance.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams; identify resources and actions for project success.
Requirements:
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Communication management
- Negotiation and stakeholder management
- Project constraint management (time, scope, cost, quality)
- Software development fundamentals
Desirable knowledge:
- Software engineering processes (development cycle, quality control)
- Software quality assurance (various testing types, test cycles)
- Software project process groups (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control, Closure)
- Risk management
- Technical documentation
- Software efficiency and performance
Academic Training: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer, Administration, or related) or equivalent experience.
Language: Technical and conversational English (C1 level - CEFR).
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years project management experience with incremental complexity.
