Temporary Sr. Program Manager, Compounding

Sr. Program Manager, Compounding role sits on the Compounding Program Management team and supports all Hims & Hers RX compounded drug product launches.

Goal: Keep teams on track, tasks running smoothly, mitigate risk, maintain communication across related teams for new product launches.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed schedules for all product development, packaging, formula transfers, and supply chain initiatives.
2. Schedule and lead cross-functional meetings, status calls, and deliverable reviews, taking organized notes and sending summaries.
3. Manage each stage of the approval process and ensure alignment.
4. Ensure team members have necessary project information, briefs, and documents.
5. Act as the internal source of truth and main point of contact for assigned projects.
6. Anticipate risks, solve roadblocks proactively, escalate appropriately.
7. Cross-functionally communicate and build relationships with internal departments (supply chain, operations, creative, legal, regulatory, product marketing, medical).
8. Follow up with team members to meet deadlines, escalate issues proactively.
9. Strictly follow PM processes and suggest workflow improvements.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of project management experience in new product development and GTM program management.
• Experience in physical product-driven organizations with many stakeholders and fast-moving programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing various stakeholders and being flexible.
• Extreme attention to detail and documentation.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with decision-making ability.
• Positive attitude managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset fostering teamwork.
• Experience with Asana and Google Drive (preferred).
• Background in compounded pharmaceutical drug development (preferred).
• Background in GTM or product launch program management (preferred).

Compensation: $75-$85 USD/hour (estimate, varies).
