Full-Time Project Manager UK

Project Manager is responsible for managing, organizing, and executing on-site (inter)national projects using the stow methodology, focusing on robotic automation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Single Point of Contact (SPOC): Client, subcontractors, and stow team.
• Feasibility Assessment: Operational, technical, and financial.
• Meetings: Kick-off, technical/site, commercial, planning, and site inspections.
• Engineering & Preparation: Ensuring all activities are undertaken.
• Project Planning: Detailed site visit, planning, and equipment/resource mobilization.
• Operational Supervision: Monitoring progress, quality, and identifying/correcting deviations.
• Staff & Subcontractor Management: Managing project execution.
• Safety & Compliance: Safe execution and adherence to QSHE regulations.
• Assembly & Quality: Supervising assembly methods and checking material quality.
• Contract Management: Managing claims, variations, and delay notifications.
• Financial Management: Budget follow-up, cost management, progress reports, and invoicing.
• Commercial Opportunities: Identifying opportunities to improve financial revenue.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• 3+ years of experience
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art systems & techniques
• Fluency in English, French, and/or German is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally (20% of the time)
• Strong communication & hands-on skills
• Independent work style
