Full-Time Project Manager UK

Project Manager is responsible for managing, organizing, and executing on-site projects. Main focus on robotic automation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: SPOC for projects, client communication, stakeholder management.
• Feasibility Assessment: Assess operational, technical, and financial feasibility.
• Meetings & Site Inspections: Attend kick-off, technical, commercial, and planning meetings, site inspections.
• Preparation & Mobilization: Ensure all engineering and preparatory activities are complete; visit site, plan project, and check equipment and resource requirements.
• Operational Supervision: Supervise operational activities, staff, and subcontractors; ensure safe project execution, QSHE compliance.
• Quality Control: Monitor project progress and quality, identify deviations and initiate corrections. Supervise assembly methods and delivered material quality.
• Contract & Claim Management: Manage contracts, identify variations and delays, negotiate with clients.
• Financial Management: Budget follow-up, daily cost management, progress reports, invoicing, and identify commercial opportunities.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• 3-5 years experience in intralogistic automation
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art systems and techniques
• Fluent English; French and/or German is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally (30%)
• Strong communication and hands-on skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
