Capital Technology Group provides expert consulting services in software development, digital transformation, human-centered design, data analytics and visualization, and cybersecurity. Our multidisciplinary teams use agile methodologies to rapidly and incrementally deliver value in close collaboration with our clients.
For this role, we are seeking individuals to support high-impact, civic tech within the federal government.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, release planning, backlog refinement, retrospective)
- Track and report team performance metrics
- Coordinate and drive Agile projects
- Understand project technical details and assess risks
- Understand web architecture, technologies, and applications
- Address, research, elevate, provide feedback, and resolve IT portfolio management issues
- Coach the team to improve collaboration and self-organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 7+ years of experience
- Strong communication and team management skills
- MUST BE US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance
Nice to Have:
- Scrum Alliance CSM or CSP certification
- PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP)
- PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
- SAFe certified or experience (or other scaled agile frameworks)
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 annually
