BryceTech is seeking a Project Specialist to support the Air Force Research Laboratory's Department of the Air Force in managing programmatic initiatives and providing strategic insights.
This role requires strong experience in technology development and commercialization and a deep understanding of the Air Force Small Business and Innovation Research (SBIR) Program Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will excel in multiple project management, planning, communication and stakeholder management responsibilities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage multiple projects with detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, collaborating with program leadership.
- Conduct market research to understand current industry trends.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes for efficiency, quality, and performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support organizational initiatives.
- Maintain clear documentation and records of communication efforts and project results.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external communications with stakeholders.
- Create, manage, and distribute content across various channels.
- Provide technical writing support, editing, and proofreading of high-quality materials.
- Support the development of branding materials to communicate the client's story.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to enhance program initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a technology-related field.
- Strong understanding of technology development and commercialization.
- Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certifications are a plus.
- Project Management experience is preferred.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent work ethic and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and collaborative nature.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools.
- Secret clearance required; TS preferred.
