Part-Time Project Systems Trainer

Project Systems Trainer will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of a large-scale system change, medEbridge.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure all employees are proficient in the new system.

Part-time role, 3 days a week.

Ideal Candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and facilitation, with the ability to engage and support learners at all levels.

1. Experience with instructional design or a related field.
2. Experience with large-scale system implementations or change management projects.
3. Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
4. Ability to adapt approach to ensure ongoing business and stakeholder needs are met.
5. Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate or technical environment.
6. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS).
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Experience:

• Working in an agile project team or in a project environment
• Experience with system rollout
• Delivering multi-faceted learning modes (e-learn, videos, work instructions, etc.)
• Training delivery experience, ideally rolling out training to clinicians
• L&D background – understanding and experience in adult learning principles
• Qualifications in training and assessment
• Understanding of / experience in an allied health or NDIS setting
